TERMS AND CONTITIONS
Check-in is at 16h00 (please notify in case of delay) and check-out is until 12:00. Reservations will only be made after the confirmation by email and after receiving the initial payment. The remaining payment is due at the maturity date agreed. Any reservation that does not comply with these requirements is likely to be canceled without notice.
High and low season 50% to confirm the booking and 50% two weeks before arrival.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival - 10% of the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable and the remaining can be used on a new booking, on a period up to 6 months after the cancelled stay.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before arrival - 50% of the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable and the remaining can be used on a new booking, on a period up to 6 months after the cancelled stay.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival - full payment is non-refundable.
