Booking Conditions

• Check-in from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. (Please inform us in case of delay, as we do not have a 24-hour reception.)
• Check-out until 12:00 PM.

Reservations are confirmed after email confirmation and upon receipt of the initial payment. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date. Any reservation that does not comply with these requirements may be cancelled without prior notice.

Payment Policy

• 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation and the remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival – 10% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable. Any remaining payment already made may be used for a stay with arrival within 6 months of the cancelled reservation.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival – the total reservation amount already paid is non-refundable.
